C & C Shine is a small artisan distillery located in Gonzales, California. We use our Kentucky family recipe, replicated Kentucky water, and copper pot still to make small batches of rye and corn spirits. Traditionally the rye and corn spirits are aged in large American Oak barrels for two years or more. But why would anyone want to wait two years, and why shouldn't you be the one to have the fun of flavoring and sampling the spirits until it is flavored to your satisfaction?
